Kamil A Rahman 

Kamil graduated with a Commerce degree from the University of Otago, New Zealand and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Secretary. 

He is currently Executive Chairman of Marska Sdn Bhd., an investment holding company with diversified interest. Marska Associates Asia Pacific, a subsidiary company, is in corporate finance consulting. Prior to his current position he was in commercial and merchant banking, his last position being Executive Director of Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad. He is also a Director of 5 other public listed companies. 

His interest in MNZBC lies in seeking business opportunities, joint ventures and strategic alliances for his group of companies or for his clients, especially in areas of new technologies.

 

Yong Kee Chiang 

Ir K C Yong spent a year at Fielding Agricultural High School in 1966 and went on to Auckland University where he graduated in 1970 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical). After graduation, KC spent a year with Kingston, Reynolds, Thom and Allardice, a consulting firm in Auckland. He returned to work in Singapore in 1972 and then Kuala Lumpur in 1974 eventually setting up his own consulting engineering practice in 1978. 

He is a registered professional engineer in Singapore and Malaysia., and has three firms in Kuala Lumpur, Seremban and Singapore. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers, Malaysia, The Technological Association of Malaysia, he has been actively promoting business between Malaysia and New Zealand and travels to New Zealand regularly. 

His areas of special interest include the promotion / representation of New Zealand business interests in Asia, New Zealand technology transfer to Asia, New Zealand manufactured products for export to Asia, infra-structure engineering and project management consultancy services in Asia and NZ and property development in New Zealand.

 

Mark Jenner

Mark Jenner, a New Zealander, joined Guinness Anchor Berhad on 8 May 2007.

Mark started his career with Unilever in NZ in 1990 before moving to GlaxoSmithKline in London from 1993 to 1996.

He joined DB Breweries in NZ in 1997 where he held a number of marketing roles before moving to Heineken International in Amsterdam in 2004 as a Regional Marketing Manager.  During his time in the Netherlands, he was involved as a management member of the project team that developed and launched Heineken's first new beer in 133 years - Heineken Premium Light.  He was also a management member of the global Heineken brand team that was responsible for the development and communication of the global Heineken brand strategy.

Mark has a Bachelor of Management Studies (Hons) from Waikato University.

Mark is married to Penelope Milner and they have two children, Huw, born in NZ 2002 and Isobel, born in the Netherlands in 2004. 

 

Joe Hall

Joe Hall, currently the Managing Director for BMW Credit (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, has been in Malaysia since June 2007.  He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in New Zealand and has worked for the last 20 years with BMW.  In 2002 Joe and his wife Annette left Auckland to relocate to Thailand to establish BMW's financial services company in Bangkok.  In Bangkok, Joe worked actively with the NZ Thai Chamber of Commerce.  In 2006, he was relocated to KL to head BMW's newly acquired finance operation in Malaysia.  Joe is 49 years old and he and Annette have 2 boys..
